Vistara, the Tata-Singapore Airlines joint
venture full service carrier, has crossed the milestone of flying the first
million passengers today. The airline started its operation on 9 January 2015
and currently flies 311 weekly flights to a network of 12 destinations with a 9
aircraft fleet. It achieved the millionth flier on the 349th day of its
operations, at least 2 weeks before it completes the first year. For a
relatively new airline its a great achievement to have 1 million passengers
flown. This blogger has already predicted it earlier that Vistara going to
cross the million passenger mark by the end of 2015.
