In the upcoming winter 2016-17 schedule effective from 30 October 2016, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Saudia making major changes in its Indian operations. This includes dropping Dammam-Bengaluru sector while other routes see capacity augmentation. The airline increasing Jeddah flight frequencies from Delhi and Mumbai and Riyadh flight frequencies from Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai. While Hyderabad flights see operating aircraft being upgauged from Airbus A330-300 to Boeing 777-200ER to both Jeddah and Riyadh.
Of late, Jet Airways is building a strong network out of King Fahd International Airport in Dammam with double daily frequencies from its home base in Delhi, Mumbai and along with daily flights from Hyderabad, Kochi, Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram. Now with Saudia withdrawing Damma-Bengaluru flight in W16, it would be interesting to see whether Jet Airways starts Dammam flight from Bengaluru in near future.

Saudi is only concentrating on OD traffic from India. Their transit schedules to Europe or USA are just impossible due to multi hubs. Can you provide an article on the DGCA current MOU seats with all the countries. There are some old PDF files from DGCA website but no one knows what are actual seats per week limits with all countries. Thanks
